Tss sickness? Dont think so its fully funtional clothing, I even say swim clothing made in 2 pieces.

First of all the red thongie thing for less friction so faster swim speed and agility.
Second the Swimhat, fully waterproof to store your dry clothes while swimming, nothing worse then a wet suit shrinking when wearing, the fabric crawls in places you never knew the existence off.
