Mophro I had QL50 implants on my paid L1 fixer, and QL70 imps (in SOME slots) on my L8 fr00b fixer. So I would guess the best for L5 is between QL50-QL80.

Mardonge of course you can make more than one twink, however keep in mind that you can't duel your own toons in the 1on1 or 2on2 fights!

Also Noobas it's looking bad for the L10s at the moment, sorry buddy, so prepare for a L5 unless there's some drastic change in vote statistics coming.

Added some items that, if you want to use them, you have to be willing to lend out to the other L5 twinkers so it doesn't become a whoever has the most cash wins tournament...

So far these items are:

Poly Pillows
Advanced Scent Sensor
Platinum Rings (the ones made from SL gems, no requirements on em either)
Pioneer Backpack

I can supply poly pillows as I'd really like to use them. Force also has access to them at any given time, so ask me or force if anyone wanna use them.

IMPORTANT!!!
If you borrow the poly pillows, NEVER trade them outside of a backpack.
These pillows are known to bug up in trades if traded directly.
If they bug up by mistake, PETITION IMIDIATLY.

Also, they are property of UHS, and are expected to be on a specific bank toon when not in use, so please return them to either me or Forcenum at the end of every twink session for return to that bank toon. I can also give Chrisax the PW for the bank account for items on that bank toon to be used for these things.

The belts already mentioned are the QL30 3-slot belts, requireing 76CL, the lowest QL 3-slot belts available.

We're aiming to have good fights, that last a while. Like a minute or so. What you'll get when allowing the 14.9 weapons is that:

a) Noone will use any but those weapons.
b) Some professions (like enforcer, agent) will be extremely overpowered compared to other twinks because they had a good weapon in 14.9.
c) Cookiecutter twinks and cookiecutter twinks are BORING!! Now you'll get SO much more diversity.
d) Fights will be short because those 14.9 weapons will EAT through hp like it is nothing.

Well due to indescision and not actually having much idea whats good or bad ive rolled 4 toons:

ApDoc -(Trox)
ApTroxAgt
ApFexAgt
ApTroxMeta

As you can see i wasnt very imginative but at least you can always change your toons name at L5

So far APDoc has imps in, most are ql43, and while yes they are low ql it was done with only a +4 taska rifle so this should be achieveable by anyone without expensive items. about the most expensive part are the custom imps but total cost is below 500k so far im sure!

Some changes made to OP.

1) Hiding to avoid getting aggro is forbidden now. Sorry pet masters!

Also clarified the 14.9 forbidden weapons rule. This rule ONLY concerns the QL40-50 ONLY weapons. Any weapon that goes over QL50, or under QL40, is allowed even if it is in that list.

That means the following weapons are allowed even though they're in that list:

Cast-Off Improved Clean Slay Axe
Landsknecht Zweihander
Loose Improved Clean Slay Axe
Newland Fish Knife - One Star
Newland Fish Knife - Two Stars
