Introductory Speeders

At level 25 you can get a speeder, your "mount" or personal vehicle. Its faster to get around, and almost essential in some game areas like Tatooine. It costs 40k to learn the basic skill to ride a speeder and 8k to buy the actual vehicle.
There is a speeder vendor on Carrick Station, Republic Fleet. That vendor sells a number of different speeder models but only two that are level 25.

For some more variety, travel to Tatooine. Just outside the main spaceport is a speeder vendor who sells more varieties of level 25 speeder.

All the level 25 speeders have the same stats and cost the same amount of credits (8k). Tatooine just gives you a bit more variety in the look of your speeder.

Thanks a lot, Bredin. I think not many people saw that on time. I would have to see it for real and not just the icons, but The Ubbrikkian Striker looks more like the speeder we wwere used to in the movies than my Rendii Watchman.

Yeah, my highest char is 27 so I'm just now getting to the speeder. I believe you can have more than one speeder so you could always go back and buy another level 25 speeder if you want to spend 8k.
