Did you try to join our guest channel or contact our officers? Because so far, although you told us "central time" for your time zone, we didn't see you online.
At what times are you in the game please?
At this moment, for about a week, we have less officers available due to real life issues for several of them at the same time... bad timing, sorry for that.
