My main is Daizan, a 219, soon to be 220 Fixer.

I started playing in early beta then threw release for several years after. I took a short 20+ year break, returning to the game a few months ago. I have two lvl 220's, an MA and an Engi. My engi was my main back when I played before taking a break. I was in the Org named Synergy Factor back then. My MA was actually still in it when I rejoined a few months ago, but it was dead.

I tend to solo mostly but am up for helping Org mates or just chatting when I have time. These days though I am mostly just an old gamer looking to enjoy things and relax while playing anymore. Feel free to msg me on Daizan or my doc on my other account that I leave logged in most times to team so I can pull team missions and such. His name is Karal.

Welcome to Athen Paladins forums and thanks for your interest in our family.

We remember Synergy Factor well. Sadly, we don't think they are active anymore, even a bit. We're hap^py to see another old player wanting to join us. We have several members who are in the same case as you.

AP welcome all kinds of gameplay as long as our members are fair and nice to each other and to the Community. So there is no issue with you enjoying soloing.

But the higher level you get, the more it's necessary to raid or team to get the items you need. At end-game, there is no way to do otherwise (as in all MMO's, even if AO is original in many ways). You'll find the help you need in AP. We have daily raids and we also organize regularly runs for the main end-game quests (Dust Brigade quest, Inferno key quest,...)

2. ENTER OUR HOME

• Join our guest channel on our org bot ("Bobsan") so we can meet in Anarchy Online:
  • - Ask any AP member to invite you to our guest channel. Just say you are an applicant.
    You can usually find AP members at the ramp of the big Vanguards building near Old Athen Grid terminal (where the NPC Ramon Bauer stands).
    OR
    - Invite yourself: if you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
  These are temporary invites: do it again each time you want to be on guest chat.
  
  Once on guest chat, feel free to introduce yourself and ask for an officer. Also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.
  
  At some point, an officer will contact you for a brief interview.

3. FIND AN OFFICER TO TALK TO

• Help, questions, concerns, interview… Officers are here for you.
  
  Once you are on our Guest channel (see #2 above), do !online in chat to see who is online and to find any of the officers listed below.
  OR
  You can directly see if a specific officer is online and on what alt, by using the command !is in chat, like for example, !is Reyz will return the character(s) Reyz is online with.
