Servers really up?

When I'm tring to launch Anarchy Online appears a window with text:

Error getting valid dimensions from the dimension-server.
If this problem persists, try to increase the dimension-check timeout under the Advanced Settings.
If this does not solve the problem, contact support@funcom.com
Click 'Retry' to try again, click 'Abort' to quit, or click 'Ignore' to ignore this message

Increasing is not working.

So... are the servers really up? Or do anyone know how to get AO running?

works atm for most of us.. keep trying and if after an hour you still cant log in, contact support like it says

Ok now it works, i wasn't patched and there came no "Patch" button when i launched client... Had to use AO Patcher to do patchs. Now after patching AO works

yeah i had to dig into my AO installation folder and run anarchy patcher.exe manually myself too.
