Hi all,

I've just started playing again and looking for some friendly people to play with - heard lots of positive recommendations about athen paladins so thought I would apply :)

My time zone is GMT and am usually online quite a lot during the evenings and weekends.

I fully agree to your code of conduct (listed here viewtopic.php?f=8&t=69)

I played this game many years ago when I was a kid but never got to a very high level (maybe 100?). I've just re-subbed this week for some nostalgia, to have some fun and potentially see some of the game that I never got to in the past. My main character is:

Boopt Keeper level 51 neutral (happy to change to clan though)

Welcome Bortl, Boopt :) On our forums, and in AO as well! :)

So, first thing, yes you will have to change your character(s) to Clan as we technically can't invite neutral characters. You don't have to do this, though, as long as you don't get a positive answer from us. :)

Second, your time zone is perfect for maximum activity.

Third, thanks for agreeing on our Code of conduct and org chat recommendations.

This leaves wu with your next steps....

In the game, please join our guest channel on our org bot so we can meet online. Any AP member can invite you to guest chat. It does not have to be an officer.

You can usually find AP members at the big Vanguards building ramp near OA grid terminal.
If you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
This is a temporary invite, so you'll have to do it each time you want to be on guest chat.

Once on guest chat, feel free to ask for an officer and introduce yourself, and also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.

At some point soon, after you've spent some time with us, an officer will contact you for a brief interview. As our officers can be busy with raids and other duties, it may take a moment to contact you. Always feel free to tell an officer that you are there.
